He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Alice Collins (Holcomb); his wife Marjorie Kaufman; and his son Mark Collins. He is survived by: his children, Duane Collins, Jr. (Cheryl), Christine Rufener (Loren), Cynthia Kulton (John), Carole Edwards (Kirk) and Caryn Heller (Brent); his grandchildren, Shaun Rufener (Rachel), Joshua Collins (Rachel), Shane Rufener (Gillian), Rachel Collins, Jonathan Kulton (Abby), Jeremy Rufener, Haylee Keeler (Andrew), Tyler Kulton (Kathleen), David Edwards (Melinda), Benjamin Kulton, Joel Edwards, Nathan Kulton, Mariah Kulton, Tachianna Edwards, Alexis Edwards, Noah Kulton and Anyah Heller; and his daughter-in-law Pam Collins Cookro.
