Delmer Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delmer Nelson of Norton, Ohio, born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Nelson and Delmar Nelson; and his siblings, Bobby, James, Arthur, Blake Nelson and Ellen Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Nelson (McDonough); his children, Kurtis Nelson, Jason Nelson (Jessica) and Sonja Slater; his grandchildren, Victoria, Jason "Jake", Nicholas, Mariena and Gabe; and his siblings, Jason Kimber Nelson and Patty Yokum. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to current circumstances masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center Graduate Medical Education to support the education of residents who treat patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
