He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Cottrill; his children, Kimberly Macaluso (Maria) and David Harlan Cottrill, Jr.; his granddaughter Sarah Goehler; his great grandchildren, Donovan, Emma, Brantley and Colton; and his sisters, Kathy Miller, Eugenia Armstrong (James) and Debbie Gerbig (George). He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews and friends.
