He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Rex; his daughter Misty Chestnut; his grandchildren, Andrew and Stacie; his daughter Danielle Satina (Will Griffith); his grandchildren, Lauren, Brandon and Eric Satina; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Larry Strickland; his parents-in-law, Duane and Donna Rex; his sisters-in-law, Dena Stone and Linda Hague; his brother Duane; his sister-in-law Jessie Rex; and his close friend Don Swan. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
