Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dale Collins (Norton, Ohio), born in Washington Court House, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 50, on December 29, 2021. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ben and Mae Collins; his aunt Esther Collins; and his grandfather Bernard Wittenmyer. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Trevor, Trent, Tray, Anna, Troy and Madison Tatka; his parents, Leonard Collins and Charlene Collins; his parents-in-law, Teddy and Linda Squires; his brother Kevin Collins (Kari); his sister-in-law Jennifer Tomes (Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Tomes (Ashley), Caleb Tomes, Kari Beth, Kassie Rae and Kaleigh Collins. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please make deposits to New Horizon in Norton, in care of Dale Collins.

“We just heard that Dale passed away and are devastated by the news. Dale has been coming to our house every 2 months for almost 20 years. Dale was so warm and friendly and we felt as though we knew his wife and children through our conversations about them. He sure loved his family.
