He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Moinet and Della Moinet (Evans); his wife Evelyn May Moinet; and his sister Ruby Lower. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Moinet (Judi) and Martha Starkey (Paul); his grandchildren, Zachary Moinet (Jacqueline), Matthew Moinet (Carrie), Kyle Starkey (Steffani) and Kelly Starkey; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Nina, Silas Moinet, Anthony and Riley Starkey.
Due to Covid-19, we request that those attending the Graveside Service and/or. Visitation will practice social distancing and wear face masks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Secrest Arboretum, 1680 Madison Ave., Wooster, OH 44691 in Charles' name.
