He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle and Vernice. He is survived by: his cousins, Terry (Sharon), Tom (Diana), Greg Bracken (Susan), Linda See (Bill), Cindy Ingram (Chuck) and Connie Ober. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.
