She was predeceased by: her father Earl Thayer; and her siblings, Earl Thayer Jr., Ralph Thayer and Arlene Vough (Dolly). She is survived by: her husband Buford; her children, Kelly Mocarski (Thomas), Dan Newman and Jeannie Wigal (David Garvey); her grandchildren, Thomas Mocarski (Christina Rhodes), Caitlin Matovich (Scott), Zack, Addison Wigal, Clayton and Cole Newman; her great grandchildren, Azaleah Rhodes-Seefeldt and Lola Jean Matovich; her sisters, Sally McDaniel and Mildred Carneal (Ed); and her sister-in-law Mona Thayer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and treasured friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Grace Church of Norton or Crossroads Hospice Charitable Foundation.
