He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edgar and Lucy Arkett (Sheppard); his stepmother Louella Kimball Arkett; his daughter Lisa Carver; his sister Elizabeth Lefeber (Richard); his nephew Andre Lefeber; his stepsiblings, Audrey Seiler (Donald) and Lyman Kimball (Dell); and his brother-in-law Richard DesMarais (Margaret).
He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis DesMarais Arkett; his children, Morristown and NJ; his wife Phyllis; his children, Stuart Arkett (Marilyn), Jennifer Arkett (Lonnie) and Casley Nagengast (Robert); his son-in-law Jon Carver; his sister-in-law Jean Somerset (Harold); his niece Cheri DesMarais (Steve McCall); his nephews, Jim DesMarais (Lyn) and Anthony Lefeber (Pat); his grandchildren, Erin, Camille, Gabrielle, Claire, Sara, Keaton and Paula; and his great grandchild Ivy.
Due to the unfortunate impact of Covid, a celebration of Allen's life will take place at a later date.
