He was predeceased by: his parents, Willow Collett and Mable Collett; his grandson Doug; and his sisters, Barbara Hannan, Betty Monroe and Bonnie Newnham.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Podolak, Kathy Cooley (Doug) and Richard Collett Jr.; his grandchildren, Cary, Ashley, Erin and Tara; and his sister Gloria Barror. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
