He is survived by: his children, Robert Frushour, Sabrina Cunningham (Vincent) and Ralph Frushour Jr. (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Kody Frushour, Kiley Frushour, Jaden Frushour, Taylor Rank (Shawn), Kara Ray (Stephen), Braxton Frushour, Tyler Frushour, Katlyn, Kayla and Sara Frushour; his great grandchildren, Audrianne and Addilyn; and his siblings, Frank Caputo (Robin), Tina Snyder (Ricky), Dianna Pedersen, Barbara Prater and Nadine Neff.
