He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene and Dolores. He is survived by: his sons, Lucas and Matthew; his wife Sandra; his daughter-in-law Dannelle; his grandchildren, Nadia, Katrina and Michael; and his siblings, Jeff, Pat, Marty, Andy, David and Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
