He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephan and Elizabeth Stephan; and his sisters, Phyllis Toth, Betty Lou Halub and Suzanne Perlaky.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennell and Jackie; his grandchildren, Paul (Rachel), Steven, Dezianne, Eva and Emma; his brother Andrew Stephan; and his pet Lucy Lou.
