He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Falk and Laura Falk; his parents-in-law, Rita and Herbert Ollivier; his grandchildren, Kaylee Miller, Patrick and Samantha Falk; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Gercak, Larry Ollivier and Russell Ollivier.
He is survived by: his child Kay; his wife Kay Falk; his children, John "Ty" Falk (Deanna), Troy Falk (Fauna Gears), Tammy Brittian (Jamie), Jon Falk (Jennifer), Chelsea Queen (James) and Casey Falk; his siblings, Dian Hatch (Norman), James Falk (Luanne) and Linda Gercak; and his parents-in-law, Cheryl Sigurdson (Barry Winters), Judyth Risner, Richard Ollivier (Joyce), Dorothy Ollivier and Betty Ollivier. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
