He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Bastubee and Dorthea M. Bastubee of Millbury, OH.; his sister Sharon Chessher (Terry); and his sister-in-law Sheryn White. He is survived by: his wife Judy Woyame-Bastubee; his children, Deborah Zunk (Jim), Matthew Bastubee and Julie Headley (Eric); his stepchildren, Jennifer Hartman, Julie Ruiz (Rick), Jodie Tristano (Darren) and John Rapparlie (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Alexis Cannon, Elizabeth Cannon, Nathan Headley, Jessica Hartman, Jayla Hartman, Ricky Ruiz (Kristen), Renee Tristano and Jacob Tristano.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Ohio Living Hospice or Gracepoint Church in Northwood, OH.
