It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Sampson of Northwood, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Vas and Violet Vas (Okonski); her husband David; and her grandson Brandon Barfell. She is survived by: her sons, John Sampson (Mary) and Matt Sampson (Brenda); her grandchildren, Randi, Bryce, Kaleigh (Connor), Kyle (Tara) and Brooke; her great grandchildren, Damien, Hayden and Blaire; her brother Dan Vas (Mary); and her aunt Monica (Okonski).
