He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren G. Lewinski and Beulah E. Lewinski (Sherry). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lewinski; his children, Amy Orris and James Lewinski; his grandchildren, Chelsie, Mallori and Jason; his sister Susan Gardner (Douglas); and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Monroe, Charlene Dixon and Pam Monroe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
