He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Heavenly; his siblings, Dennis, Tony and Cathy; and his mother Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, David Jr. (Laura), Angel Saldivar (Jonathon) and Traci; and his brothers, Doug (Cheryl) and Danny. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
