He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bloomfield and Jeanne Bloomfield (Czuchbachowski); and his brother Jim Bloomfield. He is survived by: his children, Andy Bloomfield (Amanda), Anna Short (Jonathan) and Adam Bloomfield (Casey); his grandchildren, Amelia, Phillip, August, Ezra, Madeleine, Colin and Ian; and his sister Ellen Schiavone (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
