He was predeceased by: his parents, Wenzelous Popp and Barbara Popp (Davidson); his son Vance; his stepfather George Yedica; and his sister Janice Yedica.
He is survived by: his wife Norma J.; his children, Alvin Lyle Popp, Julie Popp, Keith Partin, Karen Duncan (Don) and Paul Partin (Britani); his grandchildren, Jared Popp (Madison), Jacob Lisowski, Thomas Popp, Myklynn LaPoint, Josh Duncan (Kim), Lauren Duncan, Dillon Wood, Marissa Partin and Tyler Snyder; his great grandchild Noelle Popp; and his siblings, Noel Popp, Dale Popp (Maggie), George Yedica, Gary Yedica, Gene Yedica (Rose), JoAnn Stahl (Tom) and Joyce Yedica.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Athens Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund or Grace Hospice.
