He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alvarez and Madelyn Alvarez; his sister Dixie Alvarez; and his nephew Adam. He is survived by: his sons, Drake and Alexander Alvarez; his granddaughters, Lillian Musarra and Olivia Russell; his siblings, Daniel Alvarez and Dinah Vince; and his nieces, Dana, Holly, Amy and Allison.
