He was predeceased by: his wife Dail K. Houlahan; and his father Patrick N. Houlahan. He is survived by: his mother Joan E. Houlahan; and his brothers, Patrick (Mary), Daniel (late Wendy), Michael (Holly) and Kevin Houlahan (Melanie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
