He was predeceased by: his spouse Elynor. He is survived by: his child Karen Smith (Peter); his grandchildren, Brian Costa (Melanie) and Daniel Costa; his great grandchildren, Brendan, Sophia and McKenzie; and his siblings, Henry Banasiak and Stanley Banasiak.
