He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kaiser and Cora Kaiser (Keller); his son Ronald Kaiser; and his siblings, Harold Kaiser, Eleanor Smith, Paul Kaiser, Eileen Depweg, Malinda Kaiser and Jerry Kaiser.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Kaiser (Keiser); his children, Kenneth (Cindy Kaiser), Cathy (Tim Graves), Tom (Shelley Kaiser), Larry (Angie Kaiser) and Don (Mandy Kaiser); and his siblings, Don Kaiser of Greenville, Marvin "Bud" (Doris Kaiser) and Marie Keaser of Greenville.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Darke County Right to Life.
