It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eva M. Ruchty (North Star, Ohio), born in New Weston, Ohio, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloys Gelhaus and Lidwinda Gelhaus (Mestemaker); and her parents-in-law, Vera, Rich Muhlenkamp, Harold, Mary Gelhaus and Gene Gelhaus.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Ruchty; her children, Nick (Pam Ruchty), Renea (Joe Harlamert), Mark (Jill Ruchty), Ted (Julie Ruchty) and Rhonda (Keith Moorman); and her parents-in-law, Lou Gelhaus of Ft. Recovery, Jerry and Thelma Ruchty of Coldwater. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 a private family service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
