He is survived by: his sons, Daniel D'Agostino (Deborah) of Twinsburg, Charles D'Agostino and Frank D'Agostino of North Royalton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bryan D'Agostino (Erica), Amanda D'Agostino, Giovanni D'Agostino, Via D'Agostino and Starlena D'Agostino; his siblings, Elizabeth Lamatrice (late Joseph) of Garfield Heights and Carmello D'Agostino (Sue) of Avon, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Theresa Ali (Ben). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
