She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; her parents, John Illuzzi and Mary Illuzzi; and her brothers, William Illuzzi (June) and Donald Illuzzi.
She is survived by: her children, Noreen Baker (Tony), Albert Vondra (Mary Alice) and Jeanne Berlekamp (Doug); her grandchildren, Jennifer Henneman (Adam), Tony Baker, Vicki Urbas (Andrew), Katie Hassett (Chris), Mary Delucio (Nick), Stephanie Vondra, Julie Pullar (Jacob), David Berlekamp (Nicole), Michael Berlekamp (Amanda) and Thomas Berlekamp (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Makayla, Aiden, Noah, Audrey, Madison, Liam, Jack, Brayden, Callie, Collin, Mason, Ethan, Adelyn, Jacob, Ava, Emery and Brady.
