He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Nancy; and his brother David Avery. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his siblings, Susan Traut (Robert) and Gail Giordano; his nieces, Danielle Edwards (George), Samantha Giordano, Laura Jean Flak, Alexandra Flak, Destiny Lindley and Violet Edwards; his nephew Jackson; his brother-in-law Gregory Flak; and his daughter Nicole Avery McNamara. He is also survived by grandchildren and many dear friends.
