He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Dorothy; and his sisters, Katherine Drummond and Elizabeth Supple. He is survived by: his children, Carrie McKay and Dr. John Fifer; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Connor McKay; his girlfriend Eleanor Bynum; and his stepdaughter Barbara Movens.
