He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kabak and Maria; and his brother Bill Kabak. He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Koty (Ron), Lillian Ann Selva (Kevin) and John Nicholas Kabak (Patti); his grandchildren, Justin, Jessica Gross (Edward), Maggie, Graci, Steven, Johnny Andrew and Logan; and his sibling Jean Grayson.
