He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Sakellakis and Georgia Sakellakis; and his siblings, Socrates Sakellakis and Fotini Manolakis. He is survived by: his wife Effie Sakellakis; his children, Tessie Wakefield (Paul), Georgia Karides (George), Elias Sakellakis (Sydney) and George Sakellakis (Nilli); his grandchildren, Mia Taghi, Jane Wakefield, Nick Wakefield, John Sakellakis and Alysun Sakellakis; his great grandchild George Taghi; and his siblings, Michael Sakellakis and Koula Oikonomidis.
