He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Ruth; and his siblings, Betty and John. He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Nancy McCann, Kathy Andrews (George), John Michaels (Angie) and Amy Hogberg (Carl); his grandchildren, Connor McCann, Gerrit McCann, Samantha Andrews, Sydney Michaels, Austin Michaels and Landon Hogberg; and his sisters, Delores and Ruth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (7501 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
Earl having been orphaned at a young age, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Earl's name to Wendy's Wonderful Kids, a Dave Thomas Foundation Organization that supports the hiring of adoption professionals, known as recruiters, who are dedicated to finding permanent families for the longest-waiting children in foster care, teenagers, children with special needs and siblings.
