It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wayne Kalina of North Royalton, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sibling Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Alyssa and Michael; his parents, Henry Kalina and Judy Kalina; and his sisters, Donna and Judy Basch (Adam). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and may dear friends.
