Hoffman III of North Royalton, Ohio, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Laura Hoffman of Las Vegas, NV, Melissa Maguire (Jim) of Lewiston, ID, Tessa Rochelle of Las Vegas, NV and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Ana Ludlow (Carson) of Rexburg, ID, James Maguire of Westpoint, NY and Tyler Martin; his sister Betty Ann Jones of Las Vegas, NV; his parents-in-law, S. L. and Florence Spangler of Seymour, TN; and his former spouse Lynn Vance. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice of Southwest.
