He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne; and his parents, John Miklacic and Edna Miklacic. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Zuk (Mark), Ridgeville, Linda Mihoci (Tony) of LaGrange, Dan Stein (Colleen) of Grafton, John Miklacic (Julia) and Lori Williams (Chris); his sister Maryellen Toomey (Carl) of Willoughby; and his brother-in-law Carl Toomey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
