She was predeceased by: her husband Chataldo "Carl" Skolyak; her former husband Joseph Larry Madis; her parents, Anna Mosko and Joseph Mosko; her brother Joseph Mosko; and her brother-in-law Karl Kullik.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Arbogast of North Ridgeville, Sherry Wright of North Ridgeville, Larry Madis (Robin) of Grafton, Kenny Madis (Jacque) of Minnesota and Kelly Madis of North Ridgeville; her stepchildren, Robert "Rusty" Skolyak of Parma, Michelle Skolyak of Colorado and Steven Skolyak (Desi) of Colorado; her daughter Marsha Hess of Norwalk; her sister Ann Marie "Aunt Sissy" Kullik; her sister-in-law Joanne Mosko; and her pets, Asteroid, Comet and Stormy. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
