She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Phillips; her daughter Jill Longenecker; her siblings, Matthew, Nicholas, Thomas, Joseph Butcher, Mary Jane Butcher and Sophie Majercik; and her parents, Vido Butcher and Mary Butcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Sonnhalter (John) of North Ridgeville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
