We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2018, at the age of 81, Robert Smelcer (North Ridgeville, Ohio), born in Newport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Robert; and also, Vinia Smelcer and John "Ed" Smelcer. He is survived by: his spouse Mary; and his children, Sandra Ferrio (Mike), Brenda Pettry (Mike), Randall Smelcer (Linda) and Keith Smelcer (Veronica). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters; three brothers and many nieces and nephews.
