He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Bethany Chapman of Knoxville, TN and Bailey Chapman of North Ridgeville; his stepdaughter Hannah Rohrbaugh (Levi) of West Salem; his grandson Oliver Jude Hurst; his parents, Robert Chapman and Linda Chapman of North Ridgeville; and his brothers, Randy Chapman (Jill) of North Ridgeville and Tony Chapman (Amanda) of North Ridgeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
