He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; his son Raymond Jr. "Pete"; his grandson Adam; his parents, Paul Frederick and Mary Frederick; and his sister Paulette Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Shafer (Okey) of Lorain, Richard Frederick (Katharine) of North Ridgeville and Renee Perry (Don) of Elyria; his brothers, Robert Frederick (Lynn) of Brooklyn and Henry Frederick (Chris) of Brooklyn; and his grandson Matt Lawson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
