He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Durisek and John Paul Durisek; his grandson Aaron; his great grandchild Clementine; and his son-in-law Michael Baumbick.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue; his children, Darla Durisek-Baumbick, Dana Burge (Mel) and Steve Durisek (Kim); his grandchildren, Jenna Houser (Andrew), Jessica Jenkins (Jeremiah), Joshua Houser (Claire), Brian Burge, Kris Durisek (Katie) and Taylor Anderson (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Koa, Kinsley, Haley, Wesley, Noah, Pennington, Amelia, Emaline, Emmarie, Olivia, Taylor and Elijah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Church.
