He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dukarm and Catherine Dukarm; and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Dukarm (Kay) of Painesville, OH; his children, Jason and Jennifer (Harris); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Morgan, Wesley and Taylor.

“I met Mr. Dukarm when my Mother (Gloria) was admitted to the Memory Care Unit at The Avenue in North Ridgeville. "Norm", as everyone called him, was a friendly man who enjoyed having conversations with me whenever I visited my Mother. Attached is a photo of Norm taken on September 16, 2023, while participating in arts and crafts at The Avenue. He was such a funny, silly man and I will truly miss his presence at The Avenue. My condolences to the family during this sorrowful time.”
