He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Michael, Dan (Jane Donovan), Kit Flynn (Michael), Bridget Carey (John), Tom (Mary Downes), Jack (Peg Sheahan), Mary Cregan (Joe), Margaret, Eileen Caldwell (Tony), Paddy (Kathleen Byrne) and Nora Bracken (Joe).
He is survived by: his child Erin Samenuk (John); and his sister Joan Healy (Bill).
