He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Lentz and Lloyd Lentz; and his sister Mary Goers. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his daughters, Kathryn May Lentz of Cleveland and Jessica Lyn Moore (Jake) of Cleveland; his granddaughter Josephine Kate Moore; and his siblings, Carol Weiler (Albin), Ken Lentz, John Lentz (Sue), George Lentz (Nancy) and Ray Lentz (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
