We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 98, Mae Marie Preiss of North Ridgeville, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brodnick and Rose Brodnick; and her husband George. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Zanick (late Virgel) and Allen Preiss (Darlene); her grandchildren, Scott Zanick (Carson Slade), Suzanne Ellis, Stacey Kinter (John), Kelly Falkenstein (Chris), Kristy Parker (John) and Allen Jr. Preiss (Allison); her great grandchildren, Corbin, Landen, Isabelle, Isaac, Valerie, Parker, Johnnie, Austin, Grady, Annalise, Brock, Allen and Paisley; her great great grandchild Sophia; and her pet Toby.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Ln, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in her memory be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, PO Box 72700, Cleveland, Ohio 44192, in memo line add "Lorain County" or to a charity of one's choice.
