She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Neff and Madge Neff; and her siblings, Carol Hruby and Robert Neff. She is survived by: her husband John Kapelka; her daughters, Jackie Harris (Otis), Jo Ann Gleisner (Doug), Janice Monda (Patrick) and Jerri Kapelka (Massoud Rezakhani); and her grandchildren, Betsy (Kevin), Matt (Micah), Michelle (Ryan), Daniel Jillian (Alex), Vince and Cyrus. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
