He is survived by: his wife Ann Mazanek; his children, Jesse Mazanek of Amherst and Janet Mazanek of Rosedale; his grandchildren, Zack White, Brittany Rader, Abbey White, Katrina White and Brittani Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Leah, Maci and Brayden; and his brother John Surdel (Dianne).
