He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Dean of North Ridgeville, Brett (Kathleen) of North Ridgeville and Scott "Stacey" Smith (Mindy) of Trinity; his grandchildren, Christine, Melanie, Steven, Bailee and Camern; his great grandchild Myles; and his sisters, Karen Hattisen of Florida, Joyce Ericson (Jeff) and Susan Morris.
