It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Edward Kenneth Halagan (North Ridgeville, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Halagan and Anna Halagan; his brother Rudolph Halagan (Rita); and his granddaughter Sara. He is survived by: his wife Marian; his children, Robert (Jodi), Kenneth (Nancy), Gregory Halagan (Robin), Michele and Catherine Halagan; his grandchildren, Joshua (Kim), Jennifer, Makayla (Matt), Alicia (Matt), Meghan, Alexander, Emily, Madelyne and Madison; his great grandchildren, Laney, Riley and Colton; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Horn (Larry); and his pet Lucy.
