She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her daughter Crystal Hines; her grandchildren, CJ and Cadence; and her siblings, Patricia Breese (Mark), Anita Jackson (Chris), Daniel Maynard (Betty), Roger Maynard (Tracey), Linda Maynard (Curt Brugh) and Robert Maynard (Lori). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
